e have 2 units in our home on the ocean-each sleeps 5 & is $100 a night-basement bedroom sleeps 3 & is $50 a night-there is a 7 nightrnminimum for 1 unit & 5 nights if you take both units-we are not in a resort but an interesting puerto rican neighborhood-if you are fussy, you won't like us--we are for people who want to experience the real puerto rico & not spend a lot doing so-
