Noe Place Like Home is a beautifully appointed, fully furnished apartment with private separate entrance and shared access to a pretty garden. rnrnNoe Place Like Home is quiet and relaxing, yet only steps away from the bustling 24th Street shopping district of Noe Valley, our pleasant residential neighborhood; we like the area quite a lot and hope you will too!rnrnWe've provided everything you need for a comfortable stay: chic and comfortable furniture, complete kitchen, washer/dryer, TV and media center, free WiFi, and much more! rnrnEnter through a hallway lined with closet space, into a well-appointed garden-view living area with cable TV and media center. We provide a small DVD library and a large book library, including area travel guides and maps. In the living area, the comfortable couch folds out to an equally comfortable queen sofa bed. rnrnThe open space plan means that from the living area, you can move on easily to the full kitchen with new appliances; to the bedroom, with garden-view windows, a queen bed, and plenty of closet space; or to the separate bath with shower/tub, sink, and toilet. rnrnOne note about the bedroom: The one aspect of the unit that's a little odd is that there is no door between the bedroom and the living area; we provide a folding screen for additional privacy. I point this out just to make sure that guests are aware of it, because we would not want any guest to be surprised upon arrival.rnrnWe've had happy guests in groups of all sizes and types, including solo travelers, couples, and families of four; we hope to make you our satisfied customers.rnrnWe are convenient to the 24 Divisadero and 48 Quintara bus lines (each stops within 2 blocks of us), and the J Church Muni streetcar (about 5 blocks away), as well as BART (the subway, which stops at 24th & Mission, about a 15-minute walk or 5 minutes by bus).rnrnAbout parking: The unit doesn't have an assigned parking space; there is a driveway available for loading/unloading. San Francisco is, in general, not an easy-parking city. However, by SF standards, our neighborhood is considered to be a relatively easy neighborhood for parking, which means that guests can typically find a space within a block or two of our unit. (By comparison, parking in some neighborhoods, such as North Beach, is so tough that even we residents take cabs there.)

Base nightly rate is $200/night for up to 2 guests. Additional guests $50 per night per person. Base weekly rate is $1200/week. Cleaning fee is $50. City taxes are 15%. We take a refundable deposit against damages of $250, returned promptly after checkout (assuming no problems).
