Welcome to The Palms at Lake Davenport Estates.This four bedroom, two bath home is located only a few miles from Disney, close to all the major Orlando attractions and theme parks. This villa is peacefully situated and richly furnished with many upgrades, and equipped to the highest standards. The home features separate family and living rooms, a formal dining area and a brand new games room. The king size master bedroom has a large en suite bathroom incorporating a huge roman tub and separate shower and a walk in closet. Bedroom 2 is a queen size double and bedrooms 3 and 4 are twin bedded and share the second full bathroom. We offer free high speed internet and cable throughout the home. Our vacation home is fully licensed by the State of Florida. It is maintained by an on site professional management company that maintains 24 hour 7 day per week service for our guests.
