The River House is an extremely private cabin on the banks of Howard Pond Stream. It has 2 bedrooms and a laddered loft. There is a pine panneled cxatherdral ceiling living - dining room with a gas woodstove and a lovely deck overlooking the river. Howard Pond and the town beach is just up the road, a boat launch is down the road on the Androscoggin River and there are wonderful pools to relax in at the stream. Great hiking is nearby as well as golf, skiing and everything the mountains have to offer.
