The bedroom has a queen-size bed with direct access to the bathroom. Bathroom has a tub. The loft has 2 twin beds. Sofa bed in the living room. This unit sleeps 4 in beds and has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests at all times.

Flat screen TV in the living room + DVD player. TV in the loft with VCR/DVD player. TV in the bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a new electric glass-top range.

Our condo is close to the best ski areas and the bike path is just a short walk. Hike out your back door to a mountain lake or peak. A ten minute walk will take you into charming Frisco, with excellent restaurants and small shops. Get away from the crowds!

This condo also has a nice spa area with hot tubs, pool, sauna and steamroom, tennis court and laundry facilities. Covered parking.

***If you stay less than 7 nights, and the weekly rate is cheaper than the daily rate, we will automatically quote you the weekly rate.
***If you are interesting in renting a few days and your booking would allow us to fill a partially booked week, we will apply the prorated weekly rate for your stay.
Example:
The condo is already rented from Thursday until Saturday;You wish to rent from Saturday until Thursday (5 nights) prior to the next booking; We would charge ($weekly rate/7)*5 = $ instead of the daily or weekly rate.
